  • What Are B:Hive's Hours

    The B:Hive is accessible 24/7 to B:Hive Members via our mobile app. The B:Hive is staffed and accessible to guests, visitors, and day pass holders between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.

  • What Is My B:Hive Password

    To access The B:Hive Online Community or to download the app, you will need your B:Hive Password. Your original B:Hive password was included in the “Welcome to B:Hive” email sent when your membership was set up. At your first login attempt, you were asked to create your own personal password. Can’t remember it? No problem. You can reset it in two different ways.

    1. On the Online Community login form, Click the “Lost Password” link to reset your password.
    2. If you’re already logged into the Online Community, click “My Account” in the top Navigation bar, then Click “Password” in the left Nagivation Bar, then Click “Request a Password Reset Email” link.
  • What Hours Is The B:Hive Reception Desk Staffed?

    The B:Hive team will be on site during business hours from 9am – 2pm Monday through Friday and oftentimes later for evening events. A Community Attendant will be onsite beginning at 9:00am on weekdays. If you need assistance outside of those hours, please call or email a member of The B:Hive team with your request or question. All members have 24/7 access to the space using B:Hive’s access control app.
